No temperature differential detected across the condenser. This is a temporary blocking fault - the Heat Pump automatically restarts after 1 hour.
Likely causes
- Circulating pump not operating correctly
- Air in the system
- By-pass valve incorrectly set
- Zone valve not fully open causing dead heading
- Long pipe runs to draw-off points on larger installations

Safety: Isolate the outdoor unit and any backup heater, and give the inverter capacitors time to discharge before you open the electrics. Anything on the refrigerant circuit needs F-gas certification.
