TradeAssistIQ is built from manufacturer manuals and technical data, so engineers get fast, practical diagnostic guidance on site. Where AI helps with a general question, the answer says so and shows what it was built from. It covers gas boilers, oil boilers, heat pumps, shower pumps and a growing range of heating and plumbing equipment, across all major brands sold in Ireland.

TradeAssistIQ is built for qualified heating and plumbing engineers, RGI registered engineers, oil boiler engineers, heat pump installers and competent heating professionals working across Ireland. It is a professional tool, not a consumer product. It supports the engineer's expertise, it does not replace it.
Beta, Ireland
LIVETradeAssistIQ is currently in beta, available to a small group of heating engineers across Ireland. During beta we are actively expanding the fault code database, improving diagnostic accuracy and building new features based on feedback from engineers in the field.
