Grant Aerona R290 fault E13
Discharge pressure sensor fault
Heat pumpWhat it means
Discharge pressure sensor fault due to incorrect connection, sensor failure, or faulty refrigerant PCB.
Likely causes
- Sensor connection incorrectly connected
- Sensor failure
- The refrigerant PCB is faulty
Where to start
- Check correct connection of sensor
- Use a multimeter to check if sensor has short circuit or is faulty
- Check the refrigerant PCB

Safety: Isolate the outdoor unit and any backup heater, and give the inverter capacitors time to discharge before you open the electrics. Anything on the refrigerant circuit needs F-gas certification.
