Grant Aerona R290 fault E37
Reserved
Heat pumpWhat it means
Reserved fault code. This error code indicates internal diagnostics active; heat pump will not shut down.
Likely causes
- Cables incorrectly connected
- Refrigerant & Drive PCB is faulty
- Fuse is burnt out
- Connection to PCB is loose or disconnects
- Pump failure
- Too low voltage
- Pump rotors are stuck
- Wire disconnection or wiring error between the heat pump, wiring centre and touch screen display
- Fuse on the hydraulic module PCB may have failed
- Fuse on the Smart Controller wiring centre PCB may have failed
Where to start
- Check all connections from the Refrigerant PCB (or Refrigerant & Drive PCB for the 16kW model)
- Check fuse condition
- Check pump connection to Hydraulic PCB
